Carissa DeLaine, Diary of a Dressmaker, and its parent company, DeLaine Designs, value the privacy of our visitors and users. DeLaine Designs follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. Newsletter: Personal data that we process in the context of the mailings that we send you will be kept until you unsubscribe from these mailings.
Analysis: Personal data for analysis purposes are stored for a maximum of 26 months.
Reviews: Personal data that are processed in the context of a review about a product are stored for as long as the product to which the review relates is in our range.
Customer service: Personal data that we process in the context of answering questions or resolving complaints is stored for a maximum of 2 years after the question whether the complaint has been resolved.
Contests and competitions: Personal data that are processed in connection with your participation in giveaways or competitions are stored for a maximum of 2 years, with the exception of data that we have to keep for longer according to a legal retention period, for example in connection with the gambling tax.

With whom do we share your data?

The information you provide will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary. Examples may include:

Minors

DeLaine Designs will respond to your request within four (4) weeks via the email address provided.
