Service Description
This class is for you if you want guidance on a sewing project, need to finish an existing project, aspire to build on your existing skills, or simply find joy in gathering with other sewing enthusiasts. The class is capped at 5 students. Sewing level: This cafe is for all levels, but requires basic sewing machine skills. Are you new to the sewing machine? Please keep an eye out for our next one-day beginner course before embarking on bigger projects. Included in the workshop: * Sewing machine * Overlock machine * Ironing station * Coffee / tea / small snacks * Gezelligheid Recommended for you to bring: * A project of your choosing * Fabric ** * Your personal sewing kit: thread, scissors, measuring tape, seam ripper, pins, hand sewing needles, needed notions; zipper/buttons/elastic. ** Natural fiber fabrics and notions are available at FOLK+FIBER to purchase for your projects (but not required). Class participants also receive an in-store discount! Note: The lessons are taught in English. Important: Check the schedule if there is availability for your preferred time slot. You can immediately book a single lesson, or you can make an account and purchase a bundle. After purchasing a bundle, you can book each lesson individually and the booking system will automatically select to pay with a membership package. It will keep track of how many classes you have left, and you can always keep tabs on it in your account. Once you have booked a lesson, you will receive an email confirmation. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or change your lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson starts. If you don't cancel your class in time, regardless of the reason (the deadline is 24 hours before your class starts), it will not be possible to redo the lesson cost-free. The instructor has the right to cancel and refund the lesson if fewer than three people are booked. You will receive an email notifying you of the cancelation no later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson. If you purchased the lesson with a class bundle package, the class will be added back to your account.
